To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有次行過剛剛有D肚餓，聞到串燒香，買咗串最穩陣既雞肉串食。一食之下，不得了，所以一定要再食，而且要試埋其他。餐廳位於地鐵站一出約半分鐘路程，係街上轉角位，一邊堂食入口，另一邊外賣串燒品種唔多，一串串放係門口俾客人揀，收到order即叫即燒今日叫咗雞肉、雞腎同豬肉有三款醬料俾客人，但唔會令我三心兩意，我依然最喜歡沙爹點沙爹醬大約等咗十分鐘，香噴噴既串燒就到手，雞肉同上次食既一樣好軟，火喉剛剛好，即使返到屋企凍咗少少都無損質感，豬肉同雞腎都一樣好味，更加想讚既係豬肉同雞腎都咬咗6,7啖先食得晒，份量真係好足夠。

Other Info. : 係燒緊既中途我問姐姐可唔可以要盒帶走，姐姐表示要收我一蚊，俾錢後隔一陣就見到姐姐將燒好既串燒放入個盒，最好係打開個發泡膠盒見到有塊生菜墊底，避免串燒既熱力直接熱熔膠盒，所以我覺得哩間舖同同區既其他食店唔同，更值得推介。
