我下午到西九中心購物,經過長沙灣道看見有新店鋪「棋子燒鵝」,看見掛在玻璃窗櫥裏的燒肉很靚,於是又外賣斬料,要了燒肉(半斤)+白切雞(半隻)組合,回家炒碟菜、飯熟就可以開飯啦!一層肥夾一層瘦又再一層肥夾一層瘦的五花腩是最美味可口,油香混和肉香,金黃酥香脆口的燒肉脆皮是我的至愛,吃得齒頰留香,燒肉味道得宜不會過鹹。披上金光燦爛外皮的白切雞,亮麗登上飯枱,皮爽肉滑有鮮味,大受歡迎,佐少許薑葱蓉吃,味道也別有滋味。
