To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 點了陳皮鴨腿湯飯,蕃茄蛋牛肉豬潤湯飯加雞鎚。本應係一個鐘後送到的外賣,拖到個半鐘先到,讚嘅係湯重熱!其他就一般般。蕃茄蛋牛肉豬潤湯,湯底力加有芹菜,味道有啲怪,蕃茄完全唔稔,牛肉滑,但應該落咗好多梳打粉。豬潤都OK啦,至於隻蛋,就唔係蛋花,係原隻雞蛋,有少許蛋心蛋效果。陳皮鴨腿,腿大,湯略唯多油,冬菇末稔。至於最不滿係藜麥飯,藜麥數量超少,其次係雞膇,四件小雞膇成為$32,超呃錢. 雖然味道可以,但都係唔值呢個價錢。整體經驗係可一不可再。
