今天家中停電，姐姐趕工作，叫我買些外賣回家給她吃。經過海光街。見到有一間漢堡包店，決定買個漢堡包俾佢。叫了一個特選牛肉美國漢堡、蒜香炸雞翼。姐姐話個漢堡包太大，我同佢分享了一半。漢堡包應該是選用竹炭包，鬆軟中帶彈性。漢堡扒嫩滑多汁，在漢堡包內，加上 芝士、蕃茄生菜和炒香了的洋蔥(這個可說是神來之筆，令漢堡包咬落去肉汁更多，和味道更豐富)，十分野味。漢堡包份量足夠，半個當晚餐，對女生來說，一點也不過分。雞翼脆卜卜，充滿牛油和蒜香。邪惡食物，間中食吓當獎勵自己吧。不稍一會，你一隻我一隻，眨吓眼就食完。指甲留香。P.S. 大廚是穿着chef的制服，很有氣勢、很帥！也跟客人打招呼，非常有禮貌。店內員工亦是很親切。是富有人情味的小店。Today there was a power outage at home, and my sister was busy with work, so she asked me to buy some takeout for her. I passed by Hoi Kwong Street and saw a hamburger shop, so I decided to buy a hamburger for her. I ordered a American Beef Hamburger and garlic fried chicken wings. My sister said the hamburger was too big, so I shared half of it with her.
The hamburger should be made with bamboo charcoal buns, which are soft and elastic. The beef patty is tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The addition of cheese, tomato, lettuce, and sautéed onions (which is a stroke of genius, making the hamburger even juicier and more flavorful) gives it a wild taste. The portion size of the hamburger is generous, and half of it can be a dinner for a girl.
The chicken wings are crispy and full of butter and garlic flavor. It's an indulgent food that can be eaten as a reward. We ate them one by one, and before we knew it, they were all gone. Our fingers were left with the fragrance.
P.S. The chef was wearing a chef's uniform, which was very impressive and handsome! He also greeted the customer with great politeness. The staff in the shop were also very friendly. It's a small shop with a human touch.
