To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次試咗依間餐廳嘅外賣。要讚佢嘅包裝。都係用紙袋紙盒。好似高級餐廳嘅packing咁加分。有個包仔都暖脆暖脆嘅。點湯食不錯。湯好似係南瓜但又沒有太重南瓜味。總之幾好味。打開盒仔係黑椒海鮮意粉。本身以為黑椒可能無汁乾憎憎。但原來有汁。同都好夠。每啖粉都有味。粉都唔會淋仲有彈性。個汁唔識形容但好好味。有黑椒嘅微辣。惹味。蝦好彈牙爽口。仲食到鮮味。估佢唔到。有好多蜆仔都無沙。同淋淋魷魚圈。餸真心夠。加錢叫咗杯玫瑰咖啡。都好好味囉。甜度適中。夠濃滑。有淡淡玫瑰味
