To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 受COVID--19疫情影響,全港食肆晚市禁堂食,此措施跨新年和農曆年!我家習慣在中式酒樓吃團年飯,今年也得改變吓!比較了市面上,外賣盤菜,終於訂了溫野菜的“溫之盤菜”,以手機 app落單、付款、選擇提貨分店,再致電分店預約提貨日期、時間,挺方便的!溫之盤菜,以9號土鍋盛載,分成3層共18款食材:鮑魚、松葉蟹腳、元貝、基圍蝦、豬軟骨、炸豆腐魚球、竹輪、年糕福袋、蝦丸、芝士雞肉丸、椰菜雞肉卷、赤板魚片、芋頭、粟米、本菇、水菜、白蘿蔔、黑芋絲,豐富的組合!鮑魚、元貝、基圍蝦,肉質有彈性,沒有 overcooked,好味!蔬菜類煮得入味!好吃!唯一不好吃的是松葉蟹腳,殼軟肉質霉,不新鮮!早鳥優惠(2月5日前預訂並完成付款),獲贈100元現金卷,6月30日前有效。
