To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天中午趕時間，路過油麻地搵一間店買外賣食，試一下這間米線，效率很好，由點單到取外賣只用約6分鐘，香矛豬排小鍋米線 - 酸辣湯底。香矛豬排小鍋米線：如果以我口味同食米線經驗，酸辣湯底一般，酸味太重，蓋過了辣味，米線軟硬OK，配菜都足料，而香矛豬排係炸出來，很入味，但有點乾，總括中規中矩。
