To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為要準備啲餐飲俾客人傾嘢呢度方便就腳，又諗住佢質素會好啲，就嚟試吓呢度嘅外賣自取上網就睇到一模一樣，所以大概都揀定今次嗌咗個凱撒沙律，海南雞飯同埋烤牛柳凱撒沙律$200有啲貴因為如圖所見主要都係一啲沙律菜所以我覺得有budget嘅話嚟呢度食仲好自助餐都係貴少少海南雞飯靚仔嘅，但係唔算特別出色亦都唔算特別多肉菜心有油我就鍾意走油我嗌咗個$385嘅烤牛柳諗住高質素好味啲，質素唔錯，亦都做到我嘅要求因為我希望啲菜白灼就可以 😌蔬菜有驚喜，三隻色嘅蘿蔔好腍好好味唔會有種臭青味😋平時食蘿蔔我會覺得有的，呢個比較出色！牛柳都唔錯，做到medium rare 不過唔係堂食嗌呢啲有啲浪費食嘅時候都已經唔熱了份量好細呀，食完完全唔會有飽嘅感覺🥹不過好味佢個牛肉肉嘅配汁都好清得來好調味我都唔知係咩燒肉汁嘅物體？如果要嗌飲品就要正價50幾蚊一杯，正常不過不失不過我想講酒店都係呢隻嘅餐具，我完全切唔到個牛呢樣嘢搞到食得極度困擾等嘅過程要20分鐘左右，最後佢都係around呢個時間整好 Service好好，有禮貌，環境舒適，佢會叫你坐喺好舒服嘅枱度等執埋水
