🇭🇰 Handmade pasta shop in Tai Hang!! Finally ticked this off my bucket list ✔️ We ordered takeaway for dinner so excuse our plating haha 😆 Sea urchin pasta 海膽意粉 $208✨I believe this is their most popular dish 💛 The sea urchin was thick and big, not sure if it’s because of takeaway it was also bit dry and hard as compared to the normal ones I normally eat. It was not bitter but it doesn’t taste super fresh it sweet either. The handmade pasta was thick, chewy and each strand is coated with cream urchin sauce !! The texture was a bit too hard though 🌝 and the caviar on top didn’t really do anything to me too 😂 (7/10)
Sukiyaki beef tagliatelle 壽喜燒牛肉扁麵 $188
I actually like this more than the sea urchin pasta!! The sukiyaki beef is sweet, tender and juicy 🥩 the tagliatelle is also chewy and thick but less hard than the urchin pasta👌🏼 The soft boiled egg makes the beef and pasta creamier too (8/10)
Not bad overall but too much hype I think 🥺
Might come back for their other pasta
