今日經過銅鑼灣伊利沙伯大廈後街,突然聞到陣陣嘅燒海鮮味道,原來呢道開咗間日式磯燒餐廳。又差唔多食飯嘅時間,所以就入去試吓。麻醬沙律豆腐沙律,新鮮嘅野菜加小蕃茄,加埋中間仲配埋栗米片,令到口感有多一層次。配上帶酸嘅麻醬,都幾開胃。大蝦磯燒-大虎蝦非常大隻,長度比我隻手掌仲要長,燒嘅時候加少少醬油,令味道更鮮味。露荀煙肉牛油燒-呢道菜主要係用焗嘅方式,所以露荀嘅清甜味一啲都冇走失,加上煙肉嘅燻香味同埋牛油味,呢個配搭我個人覺得都唔錯,如果份量大啲就更好。白桃梳打-食磯燒就緊係要配特飲,白桃味香不過又唔會太甜,係夏天消暑嘅恩物。蠔鍋飯-材料有三色椒加上洋蔥,加上大大隻嘅蠔配上味道帶甜的蠔汁,呢個飯真係蠔味十足,份量都有兩碗飯咁多,所以記得留肚食。
