由於我本人超級鐘意食海鮮,每次見到海鮮都好興奮,今日同朋友經過太子,由於突然間好想食海鮮,發現有間以蝦為主調既餐廳,雖然我知道蝦嘅製作方法亦都好多,但係要整到一款令人印象深刻既係一件好困難既事,呢間餐廳用一種好獨特的烹調技巧,整到唔同蝦既口味,有鹹蛋黃蝦、避風塘蝦、仲有檸檬辣蝦等等,係坊間我仲未食見過咁多款既蝦料理,令到我地既選擇困難症又發作呀!最終都揀咗檸檬辣蝦,可能因為第一次食,上菜嘅時候,視覺同嗅覺都受到嚴重嘅衝擊呀,大頭蝦整齊排列在鍋子中間,成了一個很美的圓形的同時,亦都散出陣陣香噴噴嘅檸檬味,當堂流晒口水!雪山火焰焗鮮魚絕對係另一重頭戲,侍應會首先在你面前用火焰將魚「燒」出火,等火焰消失之後,仲好貼心咁將魚皮去掉,識落發現魚肉好滑,有驚喜!如果你鍾意食辣,除咗檸檬辣蝦之外,仲有麻辣臭豆腐配菜方面,麻辣雲耳亦都唔輸蝕,咬落去10分爽脆,讚!
