To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然清淡飲食多年 不過偶爾仍然會大吃一餐 自助餐放題甚至日韓燒肉間中仍是會光顧一下 剛好早排妹妹生辰 沙田麗豪酒店既下午茶自助餐價錢好吸引 於是相約姨姨一行五人前去一試究竟 「濠餐廳」倚伴寧靜的城門河及酒店泳池 以海藍色設計為主感覺悠閒 以池畔燒烤及國際美食自助餐聞名 不說不知原來姨姨已經食過好幾回 因為實在抵食之餘 加上食物款式以致種類都不算少 實在令人眼花撩亂 有自選粉麵類、西式Ham三文治芝士餅干沙律、印式咖哩、 日式刺身冷麵壽司、凍食海鮮、中西式熱食、甜品汽水 亦有多款自選咖啡奶茶檸水檸茶 甚至小朋友最愛既糖果類 應有盡有 美食之多 個人最喜歡凍Ham類三文治芝士沙律 雖然味道不算好突出 不過尚算不過不失 甜品款式之多 差不多每款n_cc都有淺嚐 味道不弱 食到最後仲有小雪條 鮮果味細細支 二百多元食足兩小時 肚皮都差點撐爆
