今日過嚟粉嶺有啲嘢整咁啱有個朋友住喺呢頭整完就叫佢落嚟陪我食晚飯我哋食咩都冇所謂咁就求其入咗呢間餐廳本身見到呢間嘢叫滿屋定食我哋都以為係食日本嘢坐底睇餐牌先發現原來係泰式嚟XD餐牌上面無論菜式定係配搭多到揀咗好耐先決定到..定食好多 揀完仲要揀多兩個小食湯都有分冬蔭功/味噌湯有種感覺食緊泰式幾餸飯咁好在店員好好 唔會比壓力你而且見到隔離枱嘅長者唔識電子落單店員都好樂意幫手手寫落單最後揀咗以下幾樣嘢食- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -1. 汁燒黑豚肩飯(白飯+餐湯+餐飲+小食)餐牌寫住係選用咗西班牙杜洛克豚肉呢種豬肉係要天然飼養先得本身食開橡樹果實之類 冇咩激素出咗名係油花豐富、肉質鮮嫰就算煮完都保持到柔嫩口感食落都真係唔會覺得嚡最過份係裡面收埋咗隻溫泉蛋好似食緊鍋物點緊蛋汁咁樣蛋汁令到豚肉更有絲滑質感2. 黃咖哩牛坑腩飯(白飯+餐湯+白桃乳酸梳打+小食)坑腩即係牛肋骨間嘅肉當切走咗肋骨嗰陣就會見到一條條嘅坑紋咁就叫做牛坑腩啦呢個部位嘅肉肥瘦相間唔會食到我最唔鍾意嘅脂肪肉質腍中帶爽 牛味好濃配搭佢唔算好辣嘅黃咖哩好香薑黃同埋椰奶

雖然小食份量唔多
但係勝在已經夠多嘢食
我哋揀咗炸雞軟骨、北海道牛乳炸脆奶
仲有單骨雞翼、泰國炸蝦餅
炸物都好難整得唔好食
全部都炸得好香口酥脆
嘢飲方面叫咗白桃乳酸梳打
同埋熱柚子蜜 兩杯味道偏淡
好適合啲成日會叫走甜嘅人
跟餐(白飯、餐湯、餐飲、小食)

除咗燒豬頸肉之外
仲有牛、豬、雞肉各一
我幾鍾意外層烤到焦焦哋咁
咁樣食落先會香口
而且會有陣煙燻嘅味道
啲肉亦都唔會烤到冇晒水份
上面仲加咗啲辣粉
呢種辣粉少少都已經好刺激
豬頸肉可點埋醋汁
