📍永華日常Media Day最近九龍灣淘大果邊開咗新食肆,八掛心態過去望望。去到唔難搵,中庭位置行出去一望就見而且地方又大大間好舒服,就即刻入去試下。原來佢係以前灣仔永華麵家,依家新形象嚟左淘大😆, 除粉麵, 仲加入左其他新原素,更加照顧到大家需要。佢馳名竹昇雲吞麵,就叫個迷你版同朋友share. 迷你都4粒雲吞😆 麵質爽彈,無皂水味同「壓」味😆見有廖孖記 腐乳芝士carbonara 😂 又叫個嚟試吓,用腐乳同臘腸整,有啲咸香,有啲芝士味,腸臘唔太鹹,醬汁掛麵。見到有個蝦籽茶碗蒸,開蓋已經有好香蝦籽味,蒸蛋好滑好有蛋香,蛋迷必食😂半熟流心蛋三文治,半熟蛋夾芝士生菜絲,賣相一流,味道可口。口痕叫左碟瑞士雞翼😂 瑞士汁唔鹹,味道剛好,肉質好嫩滑😋棉棉西多士,麵包索滿竹炭粉蛋白,中間係花生醬同棉花糖,切開棉花糖仲拉絲,好好味。最後叫個期間限定- 埋公和豆品廠豆腐奶凍,香滑奶凍夾雜著陣陣豆香,味道好夾。佢哋個奶茶紅豆冰都好味,飲奶茶可以食下紅豆😂😂
