To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果說到香港的蛋包飯餐廳，必定會提到「貓之眼」！這家位於灣仔的日式蛋包飯專門店，距離港鐵灣仔站大約4分鐘步程，餐廳由曾經在日本淺草洋食店擔任大廚的退休廚師主理，由於餐廳的位子比較少，所以經常大排長龍！我當天在週末午餐時間到訪，也等待了大約15分鐘才能夠進店，如果想到這家餐廳用餐的人，記得預早到餐廳排隊了！除了最有名的蛋包飯，餐廳也提供多種醬汁和肉類，讓客人自由選擇。這次我選擇了「忌廉雞肉+和牛漢堡蛋包飯」（$102），剛上菜便被和牛漢堡的份量嚇倒！也許是以日本食材為主，和牛漢堡的味道香濃，而且肉質很嫩，與醬汁很配合，而且醬汁比「米青蛋包飯公司」濃稠，味道也更濃郁。另一邊的忌廉雞肉帶牛奶香味，但吃多了也不會覺得膩，調味剛剛好！至於主角蛋包飯，雞蛋口感非常滑，而且能夠吃到雞蛋濃郁的香味，雖然兩邊都是不同醬汁，但是不管選擇了什麼醬汁都與蛋包飯很配，令人驚喜！朋友則選擇了「咖哩豬肉+和牛漢堡蛋包飯」（$102），咖哩是日式咖哩的調味，同樣美味！
