甚少食印度菜,加上餐廳主打素食,於是選左尼間餐廳。講起印度菜,基本上分為南印菜、北印菜、宮廷菜等。高溫潮濕的南印以米為主食,偏愛含辣多汁的咖哩料理,口味較重,味道較為辛辣。北印料理注重香氣、較少辣味,口感較溫和,以添加乳製品為其特徵。入到餐廳,環境空間夠,有戶外和戶內座位。靠牆的卡位比較舒適。同朋友點左菠菜煎餅,蔬菜咖哩,後來鄰座朋友話Cheese Masala dosa好味,於是叫左三樣野再加2杯Mango lassi。留意臺上水另計費的不久,mango lassi 和食物陸續到。Mango味道幾甜滑,不愧是芒果王國,印度芒果頗滋味菠菜煎餅有特色,餅翠菜香,可以有4種醬任妳調味,個人愛橙色的醬汁,比較香辣,而椰子醬就比較清新感。至於瑪莎拉芝士煎餅有點偏鹹,但加埋醬汁食就變得好味。薯仔收藏係餅中間。至於蔬菜咖哩,青豆和蘑菇熟度剛好,咖哩汁有點辣,但加埋煎餅食就變得滋味。
