To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

全程要寫個食評幫佢哋平反一下，lunch hour時段訂位食飯，店面都有一部份客人眼見得個女員工工作所以都要等咗一陣先招呼到落單落完單十分鐘到快就有嘢食到都接近食完晒啲嘢食先上飲品員工仲好有禮貌咁講，唔好意思要我哋等我哋都唔覺得存在服務差呢啲問題甚至嘅係朋友生日，我哋臨時臨急想畫碟，店家都好樂意幫我哋安排比驚喜我哋同事甚至嘅係見佢哋咁忙都很落力幫我哋安排所以就算要等都覺得值我哋食飯途中都眼見其他客會好急躁催單但眼見員工都係盡力解釋盡快完成客人嘅要求的確佢哋未必有好親切嘅笑容但絕對唔會其他食評話呼呼喝喝咁誇張一定會多啲嚟幫襯你哋先得！
