To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

22 December 2006 (Fri) - 晚飯今日同屋企人做節，黎咗我姑媽相熟既酒樓，呢度裝修都幾靚，食物亦好睇又好食，只係今次我哋坐既房，唔知係個通風系統有問題，定係好耐冇人坐過嗰間房，總之坐低無耐之後，開咗少少冷氣後，啲吹風口居然跌咗好多既塵落黎，攪到人人都怕咗，而要搵啲紙巾遮住啲杯口，真係嚇親，本來呢度真係好perfect，攪到咁真係有啲覺得佢唔乾淨，各位都係坐出面穩陣啲～～～
