To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

(18/5/06)搬左過黎都未食過。我地入去時,見到蘭子剛剛食完出黎。小食、魚湯、粥款多左好多,不過都是偏貴。男友要牛肉粥,我要珍珠蠔粥。牛肉沒醃得過份,所以ok。而珍珠蠔好得意,脹卜卜,真係好似珍珠。至於粥底,比以前味精左。另外吃了一隻咸肉,門面說怎樣好味,食下去,就像我grandma包的味道,清清地,無味精。
