10多年前仲係學生時期,一星期總有一、兩餐「鍾記」🍴 雖然說不上世界級好食,但哩度車仔麵湯底總係有一股特別嘅香氣,每次食完依舊殘留身上🥴《 豬手豬紅冬菇紅薯粉 🍲 》 $ 44 4 / 5「鍾記」嘅湯底調味獨特,好似熬左好耐好濃郁🤤 就算冇加腩汁嘅清湯依舊濃味,口味清淡嘅人士未必鍾意🥴 兩餸$32起,每個餸出手都重,豬紅都有至少8粒,相當實惠👍🏻特別鍾意佢哋秘製冬菇,厚肉得黎好入味又爽口😋 豬手肉亦好彈牙;腩肉肥瘦各半,富油脂香,其餘好多配料都出色👍🏻今次再訪,雖然換咗新裝修,比以前企理,但驚訝係價錢對比十多年前都無點加😍 味道依舊、份量依舊、情懷依舊,變嘅反而係食緊車仔麵嘅自己,過去嘅時光真係令人懷緬😌

特別鍾意佢哋秘製冬菇,厚肉得黎好入味又爽口😋 豬手肉亦好彈牙;腩肉肥瘦各半,富油脂香,其餘好多配料都出色👍🏻
