To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早上打完風，中午又冇乜胃口，諗住食碗譚仔刺激一吓味蕾。公司附近有呢間譚仔，直接行去點餐，見到門口期間限定推介「濃汁豬軟骨寬麵」，迷頭迷腦就去點呢個，阿姐問我要幾辣，我話十小，點知佢話最少都有三小，建議我轉湯底，就聽佢講轉咗個湖南酸辣湯底，就中咗伏。外賣攞返公司食，湯少，餸少，果兩件豆卜硬到呢，送咗一條蟹柳，完全冇味兼口感差，三小件豬軟骨，還可以，起碼夠軟身同軟骨部位唔太硬，但果碗寬麵 ... 完全唔好食，望落似河粉，咬落徧硬，但最主要係口感好差，糊口的😖😖。湯底酸還酸辣還辣，好似夾唔埋咁。我不嬲都好環保，好少食剩嘢，但呢碗麵最後掉咗半碗，真心食唔落。
