星期六要番半日,放左工之後同同事黎到九龍城搵食,見到雜誌有講既銀針粉同事就係咁拉我入黎要試下。招牌城寨銀針粉($35)湯底真係落足料煲成既靚湯,有魷魚,冬菇,元貝,每樣都好多份量,湯味好吸收晒所有食才既味道。加上幼滑既銀針粉,真係值得一試。我地兩個仲叫左其他野試下,特別既有手既魚蛋,十分彈牙同埋鮮嫩。另外個人食完最回味既柱侯牛腩,味道入晒肉既內部,而且食落去仍然保持到肉既軟滑,並不是好多地方可以食到,問了老闆原來是用古法制成,難怪咁入味咁軟熟。
