今日行完葵芳,見到有間新開嘅串燒店,被門口嘅colourful顏色吸引住,睇睇餐牌,d串燒都係親民價,唔算太貴,於是買d返屋企加餸。佢地有多款式嘅串燒之外,仲有12種口味,真係好花多眼轉,玉子燒,燒到外層有少少脆脆地,入面軟淋淋,食落又幾特別。雞脾肉,選擇咗椒鹽口味,佢雖然係燒過,但都保持到雞肉嘅嫩滑,椒鹽味好特出,都幾惹味。魷魚鬚串,魷魚味勁香,唔會因為過火,而好韌,食落都好爽口。韮菜,選擇咗麻辣口味,佢地燒菜嘅水準都唔錯,燒得唔乾,仲好濕潤,配埋麻辣口味,都幾過癮。原條茄子,選擇咗避風塘口味,茄子都好大條,燒到淋淋甜甜,加埋d蒜蓉辣椒一齊燒,勁惹味。雞軟骨,選擇燒汁口味,粒粒都卜卜脆,個汁好好食,同雞軟骨勁夾,非常日式嘅口味。牛舌,選擇咗孜然口味,係厚切,食落非常爽口彈牙,配埋d孜然嘅香味,食到停唔到口。
