Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

多款客家菜的簡便餐館

簡單的晚飯一頓，其實之前食過但冇影相，今次特登要影一影黎打下食評。講講地方先，唔難搵，夜晚經過親都成日出面排唔少人等位，入面其實就似茶餐廳咁，如果冇估左應該早同午市都係普通茶餐廳，到夜晚就係一間有少少似打冷鋪的餐廳，不過都幾多位，卡位就闊少少啦，圓台就都坐得幾多個人下所以唔係全台都識的話就會都幾逼（平日可以唔洗咁逼）。野食方面：今次其實食左2樣餸同試左個個豬肺湯（中）傻仔左冇影到個湯ge相，不過唔緊要啦，下次去會再試，因為個豬肺湯唔錯，起碼豬肺都唔少，又幾好味，check過洗得乾淨，有自己煲過的人都知豬肺難洗得乾淨所以呢個point係重要的～
