To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

碰巧機會嚐試了此店的早餐，早上八時許，有些食客，但也坐得舒適，要了奇亞籽燕麥熱杯配燕麥多士，配熱檸茶。不一會兒，早餐便送來了。熱杯的味道讓人感覺清雅舒適，雖是奶白色，但未覺明顯的奶味。喝下不用咀嚼，配以微香柔軟的燕麥多士，讓人感到紓緩之感。熱檸茶茶香柔和而不酸，自選的熱杯和檸味飲品的配搭可能不太相襯，但兩者各自也讓人感到輕柔舒暢之感。另，此店還有沙律、麵包等產品，挺吸引的，希望有機會再試試。
