在銅鑼灣渣甸街的泰越概念,主打泰越菜式,今天晚餐就在這家樓上館子用膳,地方都頗寬闊,坐位也覺舒適,很多靠窗邊坐位,居高臨下,可以看到外面繁忙街境!寬闊的餐桌,高靠背沙發,坐得舒舒服服!餐牌提供很多款式泰國菜,也有燒烤套餐可選擇!紅酒,白酒,啤酒也有多款選擇!我點咗個青木瓜沙律、脆皮牛腩配咖哩汁,明爐原條烏魚,菠蘿海鮮炒飯!靑木瓜沙律,爽口醒胃前菜,酸而帶辣,十分醒神!脆牛腩配咖哩汁,炸得香口,外皮酥脆牛腩有咬口,這菜式送啤酒一流!明爐原條烏魚,酸菜酸梅汁,配菜有粉絲鮮冬菇絲,珍珠筍,椰菜絲等等!以酒精爐加熱,保持溫度,烏魚本身肉質鮮美,配合酸菜湯汁,辣椒絲等等,十分好味!再來是菠蘿海鮮飯,切碎的帶子粒,蝦肉,魚肉,青口,蟹柳等配以腰果提子乾肉鬆等舖在飯面上,色香味俱全,令人食指大動!
