.🔻泰越概念 V.Thai.再黎泰國菜!!我地三個都有個共通點就係大家都好鐘意泰國,有年仲大家生日都係食泰菜😂😂.🔻泰越湯河粉 ($128)碗粉有生牛肉,墨丸,牛丸,扎肉,牛腩片,每款1-2件,河粉唔多,好多芽菜墊底,個湯底唔算好濃,清清地咁,食完唔口渴,所以食完d 粉都飲阻幾啖湯☺本身諗住呢個價錢應該會好大碗,呢個份量仲少過譚仔既套餐,2個人係絕對唔夠既。.🔻自選沙嗲串燒 ($118)有豬,雞,牛揀,眼大肚窄既我揀阻每樣2串,沙嗲醬甜甜地,比較杰身,我覺得香味差dd唔夠重味,但係串燒搭救,3款串燒都juicy, 燒得幾香,唔錯(但東大街印尼沙嗲屋都係我至愛😂) .🔻泰海南雞半隻 ($128)份量唔算少,食落去好似鹽焗雞咁,本身隻雞已經係咸咸地,雞肉唔算嫩,但都唔係鞋既,雞皮好滑好順口好香雞油味☺☺佢跟2個汁,一個係姜油,一個係泰式辣汁,我覺得唔點汁都已經好夠味。.🔻總結係環境唔錯,d位好闊落,坐得幾舒服,食物質素都唔差既,服務比較被動,不完美,可接受。 continue reading

星期日難得可以去到灣仔, 晏晝係會展參觀, 睇完之後差不多到dinner時間。好耐冇食過泰國菜, 即刻心癢癢 想食番餐泰國菜, 好耐冇去銅鑼灣嘅V thai。 一於過去食番餐好嘅。我哋兩個人嗌咗三樣嘢食。我哋嗌咗小食拼盤, 越式春捲、 泰式香辣魚餅🐟、 蒜蓉牛油焗法包🥖、 炭燒豬肉串燒🐷、 酥炸軟殼蟹🦀、 炸香葉香草雞🐥。拼盤分大超多, 最鍾意就係酥炸軟殼蟹, 非常酥脆, 蟹肉有鮮味, 比我想像中好食。紅咖哩牛腩。泰式茄子+ 粟米仔+ 豆角+ 蕃茄🍅 +菠蘿 🍍牛腩🐂。 平時食咖哩牛腩, 我就最唔鍾意食薯仔, 呢個就啱曬我啦, 呢個紅咖哩牛腩係冇薯仔嘅 。仲有我最鍾意嘅菠蘿同埋粟米仔, 清新又健康。芒果蟹肉炒飯芒果蟹肉炒飯就差咗少少, 芒果有點酸, 蟹肉炒飯就變有少少蟹殼。 炒飯爽口 唔油膩。整體嚟講都唔錯幾好食。 continue reading

朋友話想試泰國野,所以我就簡左呢間同佢食生日飯。一到3樓,經理就安排左一張最入既座位俾我地,簡直太好啦,因為好舒服,同埋朋友仔講野大聲都唔會嘈到人地呀馬,最緊要係"懶"浪漫咁呀.........食物: 賣相可以接受,不過唔完美、有待改善呀,要讚既地方係食物上枱好夠熱服務:  窩心,不錯既服務,經理有留意到我訂位時,提及我對"Seafood & Beef"敏感,所以佢就前來問我係咪對呢D食物敏感,洗唔洗改左個Order呀??!!!環境: 夠光猛,乾淨 continue reading

九龍城出名食泰國菜,因為夠地道同埋唔貴,但其實銅鑼灣都有選擇,就係泰越概念🤤餐廳主打新派既泰越菜,加入fusion元素,試到有別於一般泰國餐廳既菜式,我覺得係冇伏😋兼且抵食同高質我覺得餐廳裝修設計都有花心思,碟以竹做設計,店內亦有一些花、大象等小擺設,光線充足,座位舒服,加了不少分數👍🏻------菜式1. 軟殼蟹米紙卷($108)4.2/52. 沙嗲串燒6串($118)4/53. 海鮮炒金邊粉($118)4.2/54. 原個椰子海鮮焗飯($168)4.5/5👍🏻米紙卷好足料,包到好實夾起唔會散開,加埋汁食好清新,軟殼蟹好脆加埋紅蘿蔔同青瓜,脆口之餘亦有口感😋沙嗲串想再encore🤤3款肉都燒得好好,唔乾身唔會過嚡,加埋沙嗲汁食一流~海鮮金邊粉略嫌海鮮配料不多,但味道幾好,分量亦足夠,有花生碎伴碟邊,如果有埋辣椒粉伴旁會更好,岩哂鍾意食辣既朋友🤪椰子飯未上檯已經聞到好香,由於是焗飯,需時製造,但值得等候,入面真係有一條條椰子肉,再加埋肉鬆,絕配🤤好滿足 continue reading

前兩天和 bf & niece 透過 Open Rice 光顧了這間泰越餐廳,覺得值得推介。👍今次是我第三篇食評,之前兩次都只是寫劣評。大概是人之常情吧!差的經驗往往想要宣涉一下;但做人要厚道一點,今次想改改作風,分享好的訊息。今次午餐點了:Pad Thai蟹肉蝦柚子沙律 x 2鹽燒魚生菜肉碎美碌沙冰 & other drinks * Pad Thai 好味,份量也不吝嗇,bf 特別贊許, 佢話 in HK it’s not a given * 沙律🥗 更勝預期,大家食到要加單,吃完再添一份* 鹽燒魚🐟更加出色,大條多肉,肉質鮮嫩* 生菜肉碎 🥙份量也足,niece 覺得有點辣;而我是好辣之人,就覺得微微吊味恰到好處* 我一個人叫了兩杯飲品: 1)首先是美祿沙冰🥤因為餐牌上英文寫Smoothie 直覺上覺得會好甜, 所以問清楚待應 ,我只想要美祿味道的沙冰,不要加糖加奶... 我遠遠地聽到待應在水吧用心地吩咐提示,很難得。2)餐後叫了一杯泰式熱奶茶 ☕️味道也合心意Open Rice 訂檯時是有一個半小時限制的,但我們坐了兩小時多,都沒有被催促的感覺,服務態度很好呢!所以值得一讚 👍 continue reading
