To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係西貢 行完山 就選擇了這間茶餐廳食下午茶, 看了餐牌就決定吃焗肉醬意粉 , 落單後, 才醒起 焗要等好耐 ,不過這間餐廳的焗肉醬意粉只需要十分鐘 ,上菜時間 也算很快的以茶餐廳來說,這杯即磨咖啡的水準 也算挺好的, 不是一般沖粉的咖啡這個焗肉醬意粉 賣相就一般 而且有一點窿不過也有驚喜的,就是焗肉醬意粉,不知道為什麼意粉下有很多水 ,變成了肉醬湯粉。意粉的上層. 味道 跟一般的茶餐廳分別不大,食完面層的時候,當那些意粉遇到那些肉醬湯, 這個味道,就需要放下那支叉了
