去睇開倉,行完順便搵野食,就見到佢地人手包緊餃。咁手工緊係即刻試食下啦,仲要係用鹿兒島黑豚肉做喎佢有分厚皮同薄皮,料就得白菜同韮菜。咁我地兩條友就試晒兩款啦,唔好執輸一份有12隻,其實已夠食飽一個女生。先講厚皮,因為有一定既厚度所以可以鎖晒d汁,啖啖都食到肉汁。而薄皮因爲薄既關係,有d餃穿咗,搞到走晒肉汁。而料就白菜同韮菜都好食,但因為餃皮影響,個人就鍾意厚皮多。
