啱啱開嘅時候專登嚟食過一次,對於上次嘅味道係點,已經唔記得咗。新工喺附近返工,就同啲新同事嚟試吓,順便補返個食評環境:黑白地磚配合充滿塗鴉嘅白色瓷磚,簡約得嚟又好舒服,絕對係weekend嚟嘆嘅好地方。但奈何地方太細,好難慢慢食完再坐低enjoy,因為總有人喺出面等緊位....有趣位係,呢度冇set lunch,但每位客人落咗單之後都有一小杯番茄湯,店員話,每一個餐一杯湯。但唔係冇set㗎咩?蕃茄味好濃而且帶酸,湯本身好杰,杰到似落咗好多茄膏...南瓜Carbonara ($118):金黃色嘅意粉令人心情大好(我鍾意黃色)。意粉煙韌而且每一條都沾滿南瓜茸,有南瓜嘅天然甜當然唔需要再多加調味,但理論上南瓜咁甜,碟意粉都應該甜先啱㗎,但係點解冇甜味㗎呢?煙肉嘅數量非常多,本身我唔鍾意食嘅因為佢通常都好鹹,但奇怪喇點解呢個唔鹹㗎呢?唔緊要啦照食囉,食到差唔多到底喇,真係嚇到個心都離一離.... 油好平嗎?點解可以多油得咁緊要?如果浪費食物係唔會折墮嘅話我諗我見到呢堆油已經唔想再食落去,其實而家啲人都講求健康,盡量都少油少鹽,但係點解呢個係多油無鹽呢?其實啲客睇唔到就當冇㗎啦,如果上菜前可以細
