啲同事話老細年年都鐘意係食得好請大家食飯,終於有機會試下了! <食得好三寶>蝦多士、鵝肝薄餅、琵琶豆腐,三樣都咁新鮮同熱,三樣都係功夫野黎,鵝肝薄餅真係好正,油香同個薄餅蝕合一齊,很難忘 <蟹肉竹笙花膠羹>好濃味,好足料,食到好多條狀既花膠,彈牙可口<古早錦鹵雲吞>炸雲吞,配甜酸汁(似咕嚕肉)咁大個人都未食過! 好懷舊! <片皮鴨+自家製麼麼皮>全晚最期待的片皮鴨呀! 個麼麼皮係佢地自己整,仲有個爐熱住,唔會凍曬痴住曬!片皮鴨片得有功架,好香脆,唔會好油,證明燒得恰到好處! <原條燒牛肋骨+自家秘製醬>未上菜已經由遠處聞到個陣香草同孜然粉味喇! 好大條骨同埋好多肉! 識食一定係食筋位,點解? 因為可以同時食到有咬口同半肥瘦既位!本身已經好香,但點埋佢個秘製醬又係另一風味! <瑤柱桂花炒魚肚>好似揚洲炒飯既味道,因為有蝦有蛋,但主角就變成上級食材魚肚! 正! <椰汁雪糕紅豆冰>一人一杯唔洗爭,係全晚點睛之作! 估唔到係中式酒樓都飲到紅豆冰! 仲以為會係傳統既紅豆沙!D紅豆煲得林
