To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日有朋友介紹食呢間做晚餐,我點了穀飼牛肉炒讚岐手打烏冬,烏冬炒得夠彈牙,但牛肉超鹹,感覺味精很重。朋友點了蠔仔肉碎泡飯,他說有很多蠔仔,亦感覺蠔仔中沒有太多沙,惟成個蠔仔泡飯胡椒味勁重,食到朋友仔一路食一路咳,明白胡椒粉可以遮蓋蠔仔嘅腥味,但建議可控制落胡椒粉的份量,令泡飯嘅味道較平衡。第三位朋友點了海南雞飯,他說雞不夠滑,好似吃香口膠一樣,希望可以稍作改善。價錢方面亦不算便宜,飲品需要以半價去買,飲品嘅質素一般。
