To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

週六在銅鑼灣行街,漫無目的尋午餐,路徑地鐵站黃金廣場外,正好有人派 ‘沙嗲王’廣告...被成功捕獲!黃金廣場大廈,手扶電梯上客梯層,在5樓...出lift有5-6人在等位,好在我們是2人位,直入,不用等✌️瀏覽餐單,以煎炸食物為主...我們order了:小食兩樣:- 炸蝦棒:HKD27味道ok,像一般茶樓的煎炸類點心- 蒜香牛油雞翼: HKD41.-這個要讚一下,熱辣辣的食,質感豐富,外脆內軟,鮮香滿口👍一份香茅豬排配粉絲 (沙嗲湯)HKD63.-豬排有3塊,份量大但油膩,而沙嗲湯看去已經濃味,不是我的菜😒一份更失望的餐:脆炸鱸魚配烏冬(白咖喱湯)HKD62.-鱸魚味淡而肉鞋,魚身包裹了一層炸粉,成品似乎已經放久,受潮變軟...整條魚是內外兼失。白咖喱湯的烏冬,烏冬竟然是硬的,都沒煮透!趕時間嗎?negative comment for this set 👎👇最後一份飲品:芒果椰汁沙冰+西米 HKD24.-自認已不適宜品嚐這等:高糖高卡路里還冰涼的飲品,外觀還不錯,就不評論味道了。最後買單HKD236.5/2人,OK啦,不算貴!

鱸魚味淡而肉鞋,魚身包裹了一層炸粉,成品似乎已經放久,受潮變軟...整條魚是內外兼失。
白咖喱湯的烏冬,烏冬竟然是硬的,都沒煮透!趕時間嗎?
