To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

多選擇、食物又美味的自助餐

在open rice 看到普慶有很多食評，有正評也有負評，有消費券就決定去試試。一去到就覺得那裡很大，也有很多選擇。海鮮和魚生的種類也多，但是我覺得熱食很吸引。例如燒牛扒和燒豬腩，但好吃，自助餐吃到這個質素真的很開心。另外，不同的時段會有特別即烹所食物，例如片皮鴨，也很有質素。總之吃了一頓很美味的自助餐。下次會再去。
