To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳嘅環境舒適,夠大多座位。有卡位高枱座位提供。 平時午餐等位時間都算適中。主要以西式茶餐廳菜式為主, 都幾多選擇, 包羅萬有。 內裏裝修都幾有特色。 首先出場嘅係金黃鬆脆非常之好睇。之後就係餐湯(西湯)裏面粒粒薯仔同埋洋蔥雜菜非常足料同好味。要俾個like佢。今日叫咗個黑松露野菌炒珍珠飯,黑松露味很香,粒粒珍珠飯都夠𡁻口。 味道偏淡少少,所以可以再加少少枱面上嘅白胡椒粉調味。呢個係同事叫嘅扁意粉賣相唔錯但未到我就唔知啦。店內只提供白胡椒粉作調味,建議餐廳可以提供黑胡椒粉同鹽。因為畢竟佢哋都係西餐最佳調味拍擋,會加分好多。
