To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚同朋友去到沙田麗豪酒店L'Eau Restaurant 食自助餐，朋友食過一次，大力推介，所以我就同佢去多一次，睇吓係唔係真係咁正😊餐廳提供了豐富多樣的食物選擇，從刺身到熟食，從甜品到雪糕，絕對能滿足各種口味的需求。海鮮區 - 長腳蟹勁新鮮，隻隻蟹腳都啖啖肉，好好味。其他海鮮都勁鮮甜，真係要細心品嘗👍🏻刺身區 - 的新鮮度和質量令人印象深刻，每一塊刺身都非常新鮮，口感鮮美，特別是吞拿魚和三文魚更是絕佳。熟食區 - 有很多選擇，從中式菜到澳門菜式，每一種菜品都經過精心烹調，味道美味，非常能滿足食客的胃口。甜品區 - Movenpick雪糕有各種口味，重可以加入自選配料，好味到停唔到口。重有糕點選擇，糕點精美造型，好睇又好食😍 重有沙律可以選擇，真係非常貼心。總體來說，L'Eau Restaurant 沙田麗豪酒店是一個非常棒的餐廳，提供了豐富多樣的食物選擇，每一道菜都經過精心烹調，味道鮮美，特別是刺身和海鮮燴飯讓人印象深刻。如果您正在尋找一個品質優秀的自助餐，沙田麗豪酒店自助餐絕對是一個不可錯過的選擇！
