To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鐘意食偏酸嘅酸辣嘅朋友要注意！由老牌陳醋混合麻油及鮮辣椒制成嘅三哥三酸返嚟啦！😋暫時嚟講，都係得三哥三酸同雲川嘅酸辣係滿足到我呢個偏酸嘅口味。當呢個三酸回歸，就梗係即刻去買返碗啦！獨門三酸撈薯粉（$49）今次叫咗十小辣，覺得無之前咁辣，酸味仍然係好出嘅。配埋煙韌嘅薯粉，吃起嚟夠彈牙（不過雲川啲更加彈🤣）。份量呢以我嚟講就岩岩好，食量大啲就可能唔夠了。今次配搭咗香辣單骨雞亦＆彈滑燕餃兩款餸（份量各4），餸嘅份量都算足夠，味道上2者都唔錯😋。鐘意食酸嘅你，快啲試下啦！
