To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 腸胃炎的第三天,又是無什麼胃口,不過點都要食下野的﹗要不油膩﹑不吃肉類﹑份量要少...在新年時候找到以上條件實在困難。鮮有在大家樂食午飯,原來多增了一個素食餐,目的是推廣食客要一週一餐素。其實我在上班日子都盡量維持要一天一餐素的。(呵)雜菜蕃茄醬意粉,有南瓜﹑西蘭花﹑椰菜花﹑冬菇﹑草菇及蘑菇,色彩美麗,用料豐富。蕃茄醬內充滿不少鮮茄蓉,酸酸甜甜,可以令我開胃下。意粉軟硬度煮得剛好,是意料不及的呢。以免刺激胃部,所以有咖啡因及奶類的飲品都暫停不能飲用,幸好大家樂不時都提供幾款特飲,用七元加配這杯柚子雪梨蜜,大大杯,飲完實在好滋潤呢~
