To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 琴晚OT到九點幾，search下附近有咩餐廳係仲開緊，跟住search到沙爹王開到十一點喎，諗都冇諗就去左喇。去到都十點十分左右，座位任揀，即刻叫個蟹粉豆腐鍋！食左咁多年，一排冇黎啫，原來已經73蚊一個....都真係有啲貴好快就上左菜，估唔到嘅係咁夜黎到都仲keep到水準，個鍋仲係咋咋聲，熱辣辣架雖然係貴左好多，但好彩嘅係豆腐、咸蛋同蟹肉都冇少到，依然惹味。咁夜黎到，都唔好預左有好好嘅服務，而且收銀趕住埋數，食食下都要出去櫃位比左錢先，原來仲要加一..即係食個飯，仲要冇野飲都要八十幾蚊，其實真係有啲唔抵。不過番完工咁攰，食到個咁惹味嘅蟹粉豆腐鍋都係開心嘅～
