平日來到塔門仔,室外室內都座無虛席,滿有港式味道的佈置,朋友們邊吃邊談心,舒舒服服渡過一個晚上。燒茄子一向都是必點的燒物。茄子加入大量香蔥、炸蒜,香口,味濃。可惜茄子肉不多,蒜味把茄肉全蓋。海膽多士很特別,海膽味雖然不太濃郁,但多士夠香脆,4件多士當小吃也不錯。手切牛頸脊一片片上桌,放入熱鍋數秒即取出,易熟,易入口,適合貪快又要吃好東西的客人。焗大扇貝2大件,焗至焦黃,咬開外層的芝士,內藏大大隻扇貝,香嫩,好吃。銀針粉,較為港式,滑滑的粉,以香菇、蝦米湯合成。材料多,家鄉味濃。只需一隻匙羹,便能大口大口吃光!
