趁夜媽媽西菁街靜靜地,同個friend 搵間居酒屋食下燒物吹下水就最啱。火炙魚生丼火炙三文魚,油甘魚,仲有鰻魚,筆者最愛呢種煮法。配上少許鰻魚汁同日式醬油,味道更佳。串燒五品盛有五大串串燒:雞中翼,冬菇,帆立貝,免治雞肉棒,煙肉車厘茄味道還好,但雞中翼感覺有點燒焦了帆立貝都幾有鮮味呀脆脆沙律卷原本仲以為係蛋糕個種脆粒,點知原來係天婦羅炸粉整成脆粒,上面再加d 沙律蟹柳同蟹籽。口感好crispy,真係好邪惡!咁都俾佢地諗到。So Evil !!!!!俾埋個餐牌大家參考吓
