在北角匯一帶行街,比門口的牛形狀的大燈牌吸引著,而且仲有模仿大阪道頓堀的格局,就來到這間鐵板燒晚飯。🍽️🐮🇯🇵🚩封門柳鐵板燒($118),店舖有多款唔同牛的部分選擇,當選定邊款牛扒後,就是即磅即切,相當均真。我選的封門柳,位於牛的橫隔膜附近,帶有嚼勁,牛味香濃。以香蒜作為主要配料,放在鐵板上咋咋聲,熱辣辣,香噴噴,喜歡食鐵板燒原因是每一片牛都可以按照個人喜好控制牛的生熟程度。😋🥩🔥套餐(+$30起),套餐可由9樣選3,我選了湯、汽水和加了$15升級至木魚紫菜飯。🍲🥤🍚🍳是日靚湯是白蘿蔔牛肉湯,很清甜,湯底還有不少的牛肉粒。汽水都有多款選擇,當中還有日本牌子的檸蜜汽水的選擇。木魚紫菜飯,白飯底,上面舖滿了木魚紫菜、三文魚籽、溫泉蛋,加$15升級都很值得。😌👍🏼香煎鵝肝(+$40),追加的小食,鵝肝煎得外脆內軟,軟心的部分,油脂也很香,夠哂回味。👏🏼😍日本和牛壽喜燒($168),日式和牛的雪花比例均勻,脂肪集中在旁邊一側,碌8-10秒就可以食得,入口即化,牛肉的質感香滑。壽喜燒是自慢湯底,浸住娃娃菜、香菇、腐皮,湯底越煲越濃味,最後煮埋個烏冬,真的大滿足。🥩😚👍🏼
