To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

陪朋友去花園街 買花後， 大家感覺有點肚餓 所以搵地方食嘢， 我們經過奶路臣街 有間 食川菜餐館，'捌壹壹' 因為朋友喜歡食火鍋魚， 所以我們便選擇了到這間餐館 食火鍋魚， 餐廳內環境清潔整齊。 我們很快便安排入座 坐下後朋友先點了一份重慶 蒜香 火鍋 魚。(海班)$258雖然是全條 海斑， 但原來份量 都是 普通 一般， 但魚肉的味道鮮美，肉質 嫩滑， 蒜香味材料充足 有紅椒，豆卜，大豆芽和 闊面 ，不算太辣， 非常惹味。朋友也 order 一碟 口水雞 ，口水雞肉質嫩滑， 而且不算 太辣，有芝麻和花生襯托.特別香口好食。少爺炒飯，夠晒特色，材料丰富有午餐肉，雞蛋和豆腐干，味道爽口。餐廳内也有酒水提供，我們邊飲食，邊聊天非常愉快。
