To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次想食辣嘢，都即刻會諗起呢一間瘋狂小面😎 佢屹立咗喺中環已經好多年，我都幫襯咗好多次😜 一個人嚟食最啱就係食佢嘅麵套餐，有唔同嘅選項可以配搭😎 A+B+C+D $109 呢個配搭都幾抵，有涼菜、麵食、甜品同飲品👏涼菜：涼拌木耳呢個唔錯，唔會太辣，木耳夠爽👏麵食：瘋狂牛肉湯麵每次必點🫶🏻牛肉有好多塊，塊塊都好靚仔，炆得又軟又腍👏 我好鍾意佢嘅面質，夠晒彈牙👍 preset咗嘅辣都幾辣㗎,辣得好過癮😎 如果唔可以食辣嘅朋友都可以揀小麻小辣😀 甜品：成都老冰粉呢個夠晒冰凍，最啱襯麻辣嘅湯麵，食完真係好爽😃飲品：烏梅汁唔會太甜，非常好飲👍呢度除咗麵食之外，仲有好多其他嘢食，例如串串、經典四川小炒等等，全部都好好味，好正宗🫶🏻
