夠鑊氣都係要去大牌檔先掂呢一句說話真係一D都無講錯,唔係朋友介紹都唔識去正街街市熟食中心搵食。3個人點了四個餸一D都唔過份啦。椒鹽鮮魷簡簡單單卻又真真正正試到師傅嘅真功夫。炸漿不能夠太厚、魷魚要夠鮮味兼彈牙、油溫嘅控制,缺一不可,呢度嘅師傅係真師傅,唔係求其馬虎炸D野出黎就話係椒鹽鮮魷,呢個餸掂。蠔仔煎蛋嫩滑,蠔唔大唔細啱啱好,始終係蠔仔煎蛋,蠔仔同煎蛋都應該係平起平坐,是但偏埋一邊都會無咁好。韭菜花炒豬頸肉就差少少,主要原因係D豬頸肉太肥,其實師傅炒得好夠鑊氣,如果D豬頸肉唔好咁肥會加返好多分。炒西蘭花基本上都係熟就OK,唔好以為熟好易,出面成日食到D未炒熟嘅西蘭花架。

蠔仔煎蛋嫩滑,蠔唔大唔細啱啱好,始終係蠔仔煎蛋,蠔仔同煎蛋都應該係平起平坐,是但偏埋一邊都會無咁好。

韭菜花炒豬頸肉就差少少,主要原因係D豬頸肉太肥,其實師傅炒得好夠鑊氣,如果D豬頸肉唔好咁肥會加返好多分。

炒西蘭花基本上都係熟就OK,唔好以為熟好易,出面成日食到D未炒熟嘅西蘭花架。
