To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

o係上一篇石之烏冬o既食評內提過,尋日(14-3-2014 Fri)男友突然話想出街食晚飯o既事,而呢間係其中一間佢買o野食o既一間,佢o係o度用$32.00買o左個瑞士雞翼撈粗麵餐,已包一個油菜,例湯同飲品,相對起石之烏冬抵好多.但男友放低烏冬後去攞,而等好耐至返o黎,我o地食得喇.為o左男友可以唔使移盤交換o野食,佢同我都先飲晒個湯,就可以裝烏冬食.湯係蘿蔔湯,我飲一啖,冷不防被佢燙親,呢個味道清清地,但我就只係飲o左呢一啖.然後食其他o野喇,瑞士雞翼同撈麵都幾深色,瑞士汁味道濃同甜甜地,又唔油膩幾好食 ;而薄薄o既粗麵呢?同樣夠味之餘口感有啲彈牙,亦唔錯. 至於生菜,估唔到係最差,因為我食到有苦味,但成個撈麵都唔錯.環境分唔計入呢間店,味道係3.38分,抵食係2.5分.
