To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

都有一段時間無嚟這店了，那天去朋友屋企聚會，剛巧他住在附近所以一行幾人到這店食嘢，去到我哋分別叫咗牛展拼海蜇頭，牛展好淋好入味，海蜇頭夠爽口；而上海粗炒唔係好油，炒得幾入味；小籠飽同銀絲卷都係即叫即蒸新鮮熱辣，銀絲卷重好軟棉棉添，最正係每個小籠飽入面都包住成袋汁一口咬落去，入面啲汁隨即吱哂入口，令人感覺好滿足！至於鍋貼都唔錯，個皮又係軟熟個隻，唔係急凍個啲鍋貼，而且佢哋煎得好好，個底少少脆，但又唔會煎得好硬，而砂鍋餛飩雞呢，我就覺得欠缺咗啲金華火腿嘅香味喇，但啲朋友覺得無都唔錯，老實講口味嘅嘢大家都會有啲唔同，不過都有一陣子無來過但依然用料夠新鮮真的不錯，但食物份量就細碟咗少少喇，而環境同service都算係咁啦。
