之前舊同事帶我去過觀塘新匯聚打冷小廚,試過d菜式唔錯,老公一向喜歡食小菜,今晚就帶佢去試吓!新匯聚位於工廈,地方夠大,地方整潔。椒鹽鮮魷拼欖角骨:小菜都有雙拼,方便我呢d人少的客人可以多嚐一個菜式。椒鹽鮮魷用上等厚肉的新鮮魷魚泡製,即叫即做,炸得香脆可口,配椒鹽十分惹味!夏天味覺有點沉悶,來一個味道特別又帶甜絲絲的欖角骨,用新鮮金沙骨做,肉質鮮嫩多汁,好好味!薑蔥魚腩煲:啖啖魚肉加上魚腩的油脂、爆香過的乾蔥及薑,真的可以吃不停口,是一道惹味又好送飯嘅家常菜!福建炒飯與一般的炒飯不一樣,最特別的就是飯上面的菇菌蝦仁汁。菇菌蝦仁汁的食材非常豐富,有蝦仁, 菇菌、雞肉和青菜粒等,材料豐富,美味可口。生力啤最後還有甜美的馬豆糕奉送!
