跟閨蜜慶祝生辰,當然要精挑細選一番~之前一起到沖繩旅遊後念念不忘當地的美食、美景,一於去吃日本料理懷念一下! 這裡的丼飯款款都很吸睛,選了很久才決定到!我們點了一番拖羅丼,有大鮪魚腩、中鮪魚腩、碎蔥鮪魚腩、火炙大鮪魚腩、赤身漬、玉子漬。拖羅丼一到,立即吸引大家眼球,刺身色澤水潤新鮮,令人食指大動!大、中鮪魚腩魚味濃郁,油香味重。師傳用料亦不欺場,片片厚切,令人吃得很過癮!碎鮪魚腩鬆軟腍身,伴蔥花同吃,入口溶化,味道鮮味!大鮪魚腩未身油脂豐富,經火炙燒後,傳來陣陣香氣,而且肉質更變得具彈性。丼飯配有麵豉湯及小食,麵豉湯有濃濃的海鮮味,應該用了不少海鮮熬製而成,正~除了拖羅,還點了漁師雲丹丼。丼飯色彩豐富鮮艷,鋪滿半碗金黃海膽、砌成半月形,鮮橙色的三文魚子及軟綿綿的甘海老。海膽豐膄濃郁,絕對入口即溶。味道濃厚甘甜,帶有回甘味,令人回味!三文魚籽粒粒飽滿,入口脆卜卜。將海膽、三文魚子、甘海老同吃,一啖有齊不同軟硬度的嚼勁,口感豐富。食材配上秘製日本米飯同吃,啖啖滿足~魚干經味醂燒烤後,濃縮了鮮味,甜甜的,很適合下酒。我倆都認為這裡的刺身不比沖繩吃到的差,每口幸福滋味都令人聯想起旅程中所見所聞
