悠長假期的盡頭,友人E 組隊飯聚,地點選在銅鑼灣的公主。當時心想,會不會又是那些走台式可愛系,賣全日早餐、漢堡、甜品、拉花,當然還賣萌的cafe呢...?19:00來到銅鑼灣,沿C 出口幾分鐘便到達信和廣場,可恨的是有點難找到入口。來到公主,一室的白紫色和蕾絲,餐桌上的花飾、碟上摺成玫瑰花的餐巾,給人柔美淡雅的感覺。從落地大玻璃窗遠眺,依稀可以望見維港的景色。甫坐下,喝一口水,感受一下店內的情調。這水非常有趣,既不是生水,也不是檸檬水,而是加入了薄荷葉、羅勒葉和檸檬片的花草水,入口清新酸香,令人定下心神。店內主餐牌的選擇不算很多,店員都建議客人考慮他們的Tasting menu,可自選八道、十道和十二道菜,價值分別為$780、$880和$988,我選了10道的。正式上菜前,店員為我們送來了一些welcome food,包括魚子醬碎蛋撻、蟹肉牛油果撻和黑毛豬肝松露撻,三者以雲石板盛載,伴以小小的紅菜頭葉作裝飾,成功地營造了森林中石頭青苔的感覺。當中最喜歡的,是魚子醬碎蛋的撻底,那比春卷皮還要薄的厚度,像疊起了五層紙,咬下去香脆得不得了。另一款的黑毛豬肝配松露,鹹香味最為突出,墊底的那片米
